- Bring fresh fruit to a pot-luck, and eat plenty of it
- Use a smaller plate and fill it with healthy options – eating from a full, small plate can help make you feel fuller
- Drink plenty of water, especially if the temperatures are warm
- Wear sunscreen
- Enjoy a treat and then walk away from the food tables so you won’t be tempted to graze when you aren’t actually hungry
