Citrus Salsa Recipe
3 navel oranges
1 tsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp seeded and minced serrano chile
2 tsp seasoned rice vinegar
2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/8 tsp salt
freshly ground pepper, to taste
With a sharp knife, remove peel and pith from oranges and limes and discard. Cut orange and lime segments from the surrounding membranes and coarsely chop. Gently toss with remaining ingredients until combined.
